Huskie Athlete of the Week (November 28, 2016):

Second-year outside hitter Taylor Annala helped lead the Huskies to a weekend split with the Brandon Bobcats recording a combined 22 kills and 23 digs. 

In Friday’s 3-2 (29-27, 18-25, 13-25, 25-20, 19-17) loss, Annala tallied 11 kills, 13 digs, three solo blocks and three block assists.  A night later in a 3-2 (25-14, 25-13, 18-25, 17-25, 15-12) win, the Arts & Science student from Dinsmore, Sask., recorded 11 kills, 10 digs, one block assist and one service ace.

Annala and Huskies remain at home to close out the first half of the season against the Manitoba Bisons.
