Yiannis bring a unique and diverse set of experiences and skillsets to the Huskies’ staff. Yiannis is the youngest A License coach in central Canada and Saskatchewan’s most recent coach to complete the two-year program that marks the highest certification a coach can receive in our country.

Yiannis was also a part of a rare team of remote analysts who supported the Canadian Women National Team throughout the 2019 FIFA World Cup. He brings seven years of experience working within Canada’s nationally aligned Regional Excel Center system where he’s held titles as a Technical Coach and Director. He also co-led a U17 National REX ID camp.

Yiannis brings a wealth of experience in training methodology and working with youth talents acquired from his roles as Technical Director, Coach Educator, College Coach and High Performance Coordinator. 

He received U SPORTS Academic All Canadian honours during his playing time at University of Winnipeg. In 2009 Yiannis was a gold medalist at the Men’s Canadian National Challenge Trophy hosted in Saskatoon.

Along with his role with the Huskies Yiannis is an opposition analyst for Cavalry FC in the Canadian Premier League and also works 1-on-1 with some of the top talents across the world as an individual performance analyst.
