Huskie Athlete of the Week (Mar. 09, 2022):

Stephens helped lead the Huskies back to the Canada West Final Four, recording a 20-point, six-assist performance in the conference quarter-final, as the Flint, Mich. product rained in five three pointers in the Huskies 88-87 win over UBC.

Huskie Athlete of the Week (Dec. 07, 2021):

Marquavian Stephens could not be stopped Friday night in the Huskies 83-64 victory over the Manitoba Bisons. The third-year guard was able to do his damage in the key and from long distance. He made 4 threes and finished with a season-high of 28 points and 8 rebounds in the win. On Saturday night, Manitoba loaded up their defense to try and slow Stephens down. The Michigan native was still able to lead the Dogs in scoring with 19 points, and also chipped in 5 rebounds and 2 steals in the 78-66 winning effort. The Huskies are on a three-game winning streak and hold a 5-3 record heading into the winter break.
