A sweep over the Winnipeg Wesmen on the road has given the No. 7 Huskies (6-2) momentum as the return to Saskatoon to host the Brandon Bobcats (2-4) this coming weekend. Saskatchewan held Winnipeg to just three points in the fourth quarter in their victory on Friday night.

A trip to face the reigning national champions is ahead for a Huskies team that holds a record of 3-5. They will be looking to stop their current three-game skid when they visit the UBC T-Birds (1-7) who are struggling to start this season after winning it all last year.

The men's and women's wrestling teams will host their first action of the season this coming weekend when they welcome the University of Alberta for a dual meet on Friday night and then the Huskie Open on Saturday. The men's squad enters the weekend ranked third in the nation and the women fourth.
