Fourth-year forward on the Huskie men's hockey team, Dawson Holt, earns Athlete of the Week honours after a dominant start to the 2024-25 campaign. In two games against the Regina Cougars, Holt recorded seven points to help the Huskies to 7-1 and 6-2 wins over their provincial rivals. Friday night in the Dogs' home-opener Holt found the back of night while adding three assists before recording another hattrick of helpers Saturday night in Regina. With his impressive opening weekend performance, Holt not only leads the conference but ranks first in U SPORTS in both points and assists. After scoring 23 points last season, Holt is well on his way to a career season in 2024-25.
