Huskie women's basketball fifth-year forward, Carly Ahlstrom played a major role in securing the Huskie's Canada West Championship title. Ahlstrom averaged 19-points per-game over three postseason match-ups, including a dominat 27-point performance in the semi-fanal game against championship host UFV in which she went 9-of-12 from the field. Her 16 points and 8 rebounds in the finals against Alberta would led The Huskies to reclaiming the conference thrown with a 73-42 victory. Calstrom averaged 41.3 in field goals and 38.3% from the three over the course of the tournament.
